Department of Law at Cardinal Rugambwa Memorial College (CARUMCO) is among of the first and oldest Department to be established in the history of the College, Department is made-up with skilled and experienced Academic staffs couched to provide effective Legal knowledge to the students. Since its establishment, the Departiment mission has been to create graduates who potray outstanding Legal education and equip them with requisite research knowledge and skills.

A. Overview
The course is designed specifically for students a spring to work as Legal Professional, Independent Consultants, Academicians, Administrative officers
It is our expectations that graduates of this programmes will be able to work in mult environment with ability to respond to global pressures.
B. Objective of the programmes
These programmes are designed to meet the needs of leamers who wish to exit for job or progress to higher qualifications level
The programmes intend for a person who will performs routine Law duties, communicate properly and apply basic computer knowledge in Legal duties to all Social, Political, commercial ventures.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
1.LAW NTA LEVEL 4
Possession of at least four (4) (D) passes in Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE)
2.LAW NTA LEVEL 5-6
Holders of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) with at least one principle pass and subsidiary.
OR
Possession of the National Techinical Award (NTA) level 4 in Law or a related field With atleat 2.0 GPA.
